TPS22991I Load Switch ICs

Texas Instruments TPS22991I Load Switch ICs are single-channel devices with low shutdown leakage that feature a low on-resistance R_ON, with a controlled slew rate. These load ICs hold an N-channel MOSFET that operates over an input voltage range of 1.0V to 5.5V and supports a maximum continuous current of 3A. The TPS22991I ICs are used for space-constrained, battery-powered applications, and the device is suitable due to its small size and low R_ON. These switch ICs operate at -55°C to 125°C temperature range. The TPS22991I switch ICs are available in a small, space-saving 0.85mm x 0.75mm, 0.4mm pitch, 4-pin UQFN package.
