NXP S32K3 Evaluation Boards for Automotive General Purpose are scalable, secure, functional-safe, high-performance boards developed for automotive and industrial applications. The NXP S32K3 boards are based on the robust S32K3 series microcontrollers. The boards deliver rich peripheral support, software compatibility, and safety features aligned with ISO 26262 ASIL B/D compliance. Typical applications include electric, hybrid vehicle control, zonal and body control units, battery management systems, electric pumps, HVAC, and lift systems.

MR-CANHUBK344 Evaluation Board for Mobile Robotics

NXP Semiconductors MR-CANHUBK344 Evaluation Board is an evaluation board for mobile robotics applications such as autonomous mobile robots (AMR) and automated guided vehicles (AGV). Based on the Arm® Cortex®-M7 S32K3 general-purpose automotive microcontroller (MCU), the MR-CANHUBK344 features advanced safety, security, and software support. MR-CANHUBK344 includes one 100Base-T1 Automotive Ethernet and populates all six of the CAN FD ports available on the S32K344 MCU. The 6 CAN ports are connected to three distinct types of NXP CAN PHYs and allow for direct comparison between standard CAN FD, CAN FD/SIC (signal improvement CAN), and CAN FD/SCT (Secure CAN Transceivers). Tunneling CAN over Ethernet using IEEE1722 is one use case. Also on board is the SE050 Secure element with NFC (Near Field Communication) as well as UART, SPI, I2C, PWM, and other GPIO accessible on DroneCode standard JST-GH connectors.
