STMicroelectronics  automobiļu kvalitātes silīcija karbīda jaudas MOSFET ir  izstrādāti, izmantojot ST  progresīvo un inovatīvo otrās/trešās paaudzes SiC MOSFET tehnoloģiju. Ierīcēm  ir zema ieslēgšanas pretestība uz platības vienību un ļoti laba komutācijas  veiktspēja. Šiem MOSFET piemīt ļoti augsta darba temperatūra (TJ = 200 °C), kā arī ļoti ātra un izturīga iekšējā korpusa diode.
