SAM E54 Xplained Pro Evaluation Kit

Microchip Technology SAM E54 Xplained Pro Evaluation Kit (ATSAME54-XPRO) is a powerful hardware platform designed to evaluate and demonstrate the ATSAME54P20A 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4F Microcontroller. Supported by the Studio integrated development platform, the SAM E54 Xplained Kit provides easy access to the features of the ATSAME54P20A and illustrates how to integrate the device into a custom design.

Xplained Pro Evaluation Kits

Microchip Xplained Pro Evaluation Kit platform consists of a series of MCU boards and extension boards that allow to explore and develop Atmel MCUs. Integrated with Atmel Studio, the Kits have Atmel Software Framework (ASF) drivers, demo code, and support data streaming. The Xplained Pro Eval Kits support a wide range of Xplained Pro extension boards connected through standardized headers and connectors.

Xplained Development Boards

Microchip Xplained Development Boards and Kits are low-cost hardware platforms to prototype, evaluate, and demonstrate Microchip AVR® and Arm®-based Microcontrollers (MCUs). All boards are supported in the Atmel Studio and can be extended using various connectors. All design files are available for open-source hardware and are reusable in customer projects. Ease of use and flexibility lead to rapid prototyping.

Xplained Evaluation Kits

Microchip Technology Xplained Evaluation Kits are a fast prototyping and evaluation platform for AVR® and Arm®-based microcontrollers (MCUs). These low-cost, easy-to-use evaluation kits are ideal for demonstrating the features and capabilities of MCUs and MPUs and can be customized with a wide range of expansion boards. Development is easy with a rich selection of example projects and code drivers provided in the Advanced Software Framework (ASF), as well as support in Atmel Studio and from third-party IDEs (Integrated Development Environments).

32-Bit SAM MCU Development Tools

Microchip Technology 32-Bit SAM Microcontroller Development Tools are designed to help accelerate prototyping and speed time to market. These low-cost, easy-to-use Development Boards and Evaluation Kits are ideal for demonstrating the features and capabilities of the SAM MCUs. Many of the Kits, such as the Xplained Pro Kits, can be customized with a wide range of expansion boards.

Functional Safety Solutions

Microchip Technology Functional Safety Solutions offer robustness, reliability, and safety to end-products. In some application segments, these requirements are formalized and mandatory, while in others, they are implemented to differentiate the product and take the step from a good product to an excellent product. The standards for functional safety depend on the market that is targeted. Many standards support multiple levels of rigorousness, which are applied depending on the likelihood and severity of the hazard. The methods of addressing hazards range from detecting single failures and putting the system into a safe state to full redundancy, where failures should not only be detected but also corrected without any interruption or degradation of service.

Smart (Effortless Embedded Control Solutions)

Microchip Technology Effortless Embedded Control Solutions allow developers to effortlessly meet the ever-changing requirements of modern electronics with a portfolio of scalable 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit microcontrollers, digital signal controllers, and microprocessors. Flexible peripherals and functions make creating differentiated applications that set you apart from your competition easy. Intuitive design environments and visual configuration tools provide a straightforward getting-started experience while proven reference designs and professionally tested software libraries lower your design risk.

Microcontroller & Processor Development Kits

Microcontroller and Processor Development Kits work together to provide state-of-the-art debugging capabilities for projects with easy-to-use graphical user interfaces in the free MPLAB® X Integrated Development Environment. Combined with Microchip's MPLAB XC C compilers, these kits provide a complete software solution for design projects.

Engineering Development Tools

Microchip Technology Engineering Development Tools offer a range of boards to support silicon products, from simple boards to high-end debug tools.
