Sensors for Environmental Applications

STMicroelectronics Sensors for Environmental Applications are a set of high-performance pressure, humidity and temperature sensors. Each of the humidity and pressure sensors consists of an innovative mechanical structure. A dedicated low offset and low noise ASIC are embedded in a single package for optimal performance even in challenging environmental conditions. These integrated sensors are adopted in many IoT and wearable devices, smart homes, and many industrial applications to monitor environmental health, weather conditions, and equipment safety.

Standard Products

STMicroelectronics Standard Products are a broad range of industry-standard and drop-in replacements for the most popular general-purpose analog ICs, discretes, and serial EEPROMs. The Standard Products are manufactured to the highest quality standards with many AECQ-qualified for automotive applications. A comprehensive set of STMicroelectronics design aids, including SPICE, IBIS models, and simulation tools, is available to make adding to a design-in easy.

STTS22H Digital Temperature Sensor

STMicroelectronics STTS22H Digital Temperature Sensor is an ultra-low-power, high-accuracy digital temperature sensor offering high performance over the entire operating temperature range. STMicroelectronics The STTS22H is a bandgap temperature sensor coupled with an analog-to-digital converter, signal processing logic, and an I2C/SMBus 3.0 interface in a single ASIC. This sensor is housed in a small 2mm x 2mm x 0.50mm 6-lead UDFN package with an exposed pad down for a better temperature match with the surrounding environment. The STTS22H is factory-calibrated and requires no additional calibration efforts on the customer side.
