Users can quickly find the right part to provide reliable circuit protection and accurate temperature compensation and measurement in their applications. Four Vishay / Ametherm Sample Kits are available: Standard, Mega, Mini, and Sensor.
Mini Kit
Features 8 values, 2 each inrush current limiters from the Mini SL series. Resistance values at +25°C of 10Ω-120Ω, diameters from 3mm to 8mm, and steady-state current from 1.0A to 2.0A.
Standard Kit
Offers 9 values, 2 each, inrush current limiters from the SL series. Resistance values at +25°C of 10Ω, diameters from 3mm to 32mm, and steady-state current from 1.0A to 15.0A.
Mega Surge Kit
Provides 5 values, 2 each inrush current limiters from the MegaSurge™ series. The devices offer diameters from 14mm to 37mm, up to 500 J of input energy, steady-state current to 18A, and resistance values at +25°C of 10Ω, 30Ω, and 150Ω.
Sensor Kit
Features resistance values at +25°C from 10kΩ to 100kΩ and beta of 3,950K and 4500K, the thermal time constant down to 10s, and a maximum power of 125mW.
