The Littelfuse Px0S3H offers exceptional surge handling capability [up to 500A (8/20µs waveform], making the thyristor ideal for protecting sensitive circuits from lightning strikes and power cross events. The device features a low clamping voltage, fast response time, and low off-state leakage current, ensuring reliable protection without compromising signal integrity. The bidirectional configuration simplifies circuit design for AC or bidirectional signal lines, while the compact DO-214AB (SMC) package supports high-density board layouts.
