STMicroelectronics STTH2R02AY 200V, 2A Automotive Ultrafast Diode is based on ST's 200V planar Pt doping technology. The Pt technology allows the STTH2R02AY to achieve excellent VF/QRR performances, especially in a high-temperature environment.
The STM STTH2R02AY Automotive Ultrafast Diode is particularly ideal for high-frequency operations in automotive applications. The AEC-Q101 qualified diode is housed in an SMA package.
