TDK HAR 3920-2100 Dual-Die Position Sensor

TDK HAR 3920-2100 Dual-Die Position Sensor is a precise Hall-effect position sensor offering robust stray-field compensation capabilities and ratiometric analog and switch outputs. This versatile sensor is designed to meet the demand for highly accurate linear and angular position measurements in the presence of magnetic stray fields. The HAR 3920-2100 module fulfills ASIL C requirements and integrates into automotive safety-related systems up to ASIL D. The dual-redundancy design features two independent dies stacked in a single package, electrically connected to one side's pins. This stacked-die architecture provides consistent output signal characteristics. TDK HAR 3920-2100 Dual-Die Position Sensor comes in a compact, 16-pin SSOP16 SMD package and operates in an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +160°C. The sensor is designed for automotive applications such as pedal position detection and throttle valve position measurement.
