Yamaichi Electronics CNU010 Series connectors offer the smallest connector size possible for 16-pin 0.4mm pitch design. The miniaturized board-to-board connectors are the best solution for compact and portable applications. With a 0.4mm pitch at a total mating height at 4.50mm and width of 4.86mm, this product line is perfect for any device with limited design space. Yamaichi Electronics CFP2 Connector Product Series is the solution for next generation 100Gbe Ethernet applications. The CFP2 Series from Yamaichi consists of CN121 series host connector, plug connector, host connector cage, and heat sink. These products are fully compliant with CFP MSA's specification and are designed to achieve CEI-28G-VSR chip-to-module electrical interface requirements at 28 Gbps transmission speed specified by OIF (Optical Internetworking Forum). The CN121 products offer 120V AC voltage rating and operating temperature range from -55ºC to +85ºC

current rating with IP Protection class

Yamaichi CAU002 FFC Cables are designed especially for HF601 connector family. The 0.5mm pitch CAU002 FFC Cables feature a secure tab design for perfect mating to HF601 connectors, reliable signal performance, and great transmission stability. The CAU002 Series supports right-angle and vertical mating positions. CAU002 FFC Cables are available in a 100mm length with 20, 30, 40, or 50 positions.
Yamaichi FPS009-29xx-0 Push/Push SD Card Connectors
Yamaichi FPS009-29xx-0 Push-lock/Push-eject SD Card Connectors feature the integrated card detection and card stay detection switch to prevent the card from flying out of the device. The closed metal cover includes four grounding tabs and provides excellent EMI protection. Additional features include the smooth push-in/push-out card insertion and ejection mechanism with a defined eject distance, soft-lock mechanism for the SD card, and a write-protect switch. Yamaichi FPS009-29xx-0 card readers support cards that comply with the DIO standard. RoHS compliant and PB-free soldering capable,the FPS009-29xx Push/Push SD Card Connectors are available in top and reverse mount versions.

Yamaichi HF507/HF509 Series 0.5mm Pitch FFC/FPC/Discrete Wire Cable Connectors offer high speed data rates up to 5Gbps, making the series suitable for LVDS, HDMI, DVI, PCI express, and SATA data transmission. Yamaichi FMS006 Series Low-profile SIM/USIM Card Connectors
Yamaichi FMS006 Series Low-profile SIM/USIM card connectors are top-mounting, SMT type, solder-terminal-out connectors designed to conform to the GSM standard for mobile communications. The RoHS compliant the FMS006 SIM/USIM Card Connectors are constructed using an UL94V-0 liquid crystal polymer and polarized to prevent mis-mating. The FMS006 Series offers a 0.5A current rating, 5VAC rms voltage rating, 500VAC rms / minute withstanding voltage, 500MΩ min. @ 500VDC insulation resistance, durability of 5,000 cycles, and -55°C to +85°C operating temperature. The 18.7mm width/ 27.85mm length/ 1.95mm height connector is tape and reel packaged for pick-and-place machine.

Yamaichi Low Profile SIM Card Reader and Tray Connector are offered as part of Yamaichi's high-quality SIM card product line. The reverse (bottom) mount connector features a card mis-insertion and static discontinuity prevention design with a 1.65mm profile. The tray is PB-free soldering capable and makes the connector well-suited for applications where the SIM card must be changed frequently or should be easily accessible without opening the housing. Yamaichi HF201 Series Automotive Connectors
Yamaichi's HF201 Series Automotive Connectors are low profile connectors that provide excellent high-frequency performance (VSWR 1.5 average value at 2.56GHz max.) while reducing reflection and transmission loss in automotive applications. The HF201 series consists of one or two-pin plug connectors with an insulating body on the cable side. The insulating body has one inner and one outer contact crimped to the coax cable. The plug connector is designed to be SMT solder mounted on the PCB. A locking mechanism placed between the plug connector and jack allows the connector to offer an extraction force up to 40N and provide highly reliable transmission characteristics even when exposed to shock, vibration, and stress. Yamaichi's HF201 Series Automotive Connectors are designed for coaxial cables up to 50Ω and high frequency applications up to 2.5 GHz. HF201's small outer dimensions makes the series well-suited for antennas, sensors, and audio systems with tight space requirements.

Yamaichi HF601 Flip-Lock FFC/FPC Connectors
Yamaichi HF601 Flip-Lock FFC/FPC Connectors feature a super-low profile 2mm profile height, proven Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) connection technology, and a transfer rate of up to 700 Mbps with excellent transmission quality. The design includes a flip-lock cover that can be opened to allow a smooth and easy insertion of the FFC/FPC and locked by closing the cover. Yamaichi HF601 Series Flip-Lock FFC/FPC Connectors are available with a positioning part to prevent unintentional extraction of the FFC/FPC.
Yamaichi Test & Burn-in Sockets
Yamaichi offers the industry's most comprehensive range of Test & Burn-in Sockets. Developed using Yamaichi Electronics' Compression Mount Technology (CMT), the CMT Series Test & Burn-in Sockets meet the challenging design specifications for high-power burn-in socketing applications. The series features contact pin tips that can be configured to LGA or BGA applications and a modular design for easy replacement of socket components in the field. CMT Series Test & Burn-in Sockets provide excellent electrical performance with a stable contact resistance and low inductance for a minimum of 10,000 insertions in an operating temperature range of -55°C to +170°C. Several package options are available including Plastic Lead Chip Carrier (PLCC), SOP (Small Outline Package), and QFP (Quad Flat Package). Additional features such as two-point contact construction for high reliability and "one touch" auto-eject for easy IC removal are also available depending on the socket package.
Yamaichi QFP IC Sockets
The Yamaichi QFP IC Sockets are available in more than 26 formats with 44 to 240 pins to fit most standard semiconductor models offered by a wide range of manufacturers. Because the space required for the Yamaichi QFP IC Sockets corresponds to that required by the semiconductor, changes to the PC-board layout after the testing stage are no longer needed. These SMT-style sockets can be easily installed by bolting the engaging top frame. Available with positioning pins to secure the socket before soldering.
Yamaichi CFP Optical Transceiver Connectors
Developed for optical modules with 40Gbps and 100Gbps data transmission rates, the Yamaichi CFP Optical Transceiver Connectors are high speed, hot-pluggable connectors that support 10 Gbps/channel and meet the IEEE 802.3ba specification with distances from 300m to 300km.
